Product return policy for distance purchases

By completing the purchase process, you declare your consent to receive/purchase the service/product and agree to these return policies for distance purchased products.

You, the consumer, have the right to withdraw from the distance contract/purchase/service within 14 days without giving any reason.

In the case of a product purchase, the 14-day return period begins from the date of transfer of the product to you or a third party designated by you (except for the carrier), and in the case of a service contract - from the date of conclusion of the contract.

Exceptions to product return:

The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract if:

the delivered product is perishable or has a short shelf life;

You have been delivered a hermetically sealed product, its hermeticity was broken after delivery and therefore, the product cannot be returned due to health or hygiene standards. The above cases are subject to individual consideration;

Other exceptional cases specified in Article 14 of the Law of Georgia "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Note: In the case of purchasing a sealed product, the product can be returned only if the so-called film, seal, hologram has not been removed from the product, the hermeticity has not been broken, the product has not been subjected to mechanical impact / damage and / or the appearance of the product has not been changed.
In the case of the consumer's consent, the trader is entitled to change / replace the product.
