Technology: Illumina (Genotyping)

• TellmeGen uses the Illumina sequencing platform (American technology) for genotyping:
• Analysis Volume: Over 750,000 genetic markers (SNPs) are analyzed with exceptional precision, with an additional 10,000 personalized SNPs.
• Reliability: To ensure the quality and reproducibility of results, the analysis probes are duplicated.
• Imputation: Microchip analysis is expanded to tens of millions of variants via imputation. This allows us to determine individual genetic risk with unprecedented accuracy and study associations with diseases that are not included in the initial 750,000 SNPs.
